BeCa Fisk, APC, NCC
BeCa is a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in working with individual adults and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including PTSD, complex trauma, spiritual and religious trauma, family wounds, chronic health issues, boundary setting, highly sensitive persons (HSPs), harm OCD, and anxiety. With a warm and empathetic approach, BeCa creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and find healing.
In addition to individual therapy, BeCa offers parent coaching sessions designed to help parents navigate the complexities of communicating with teens struggling with anxiety. Her goal is to foster understanding and improve relationships within the family unit, empowering both parents and teens to connect more effectively.
BeCa graduated from Richmont Graduate University and brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. She conceptualizes through a trauma and attachment lens, employing relational psychodynamic therapy to help clients understand the deeper layers of their experiences. Her approach is holistic and individualized, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each client.
As an EMDR-trained clinician, BeCa is skilled in facilitating the processing of traumatic memories to promote healing and growth. She also incorporates mindfulness interventions into her practice, offering clients tools to cultivate present-moment awareness and build resilience. With a commitment to guiding clients on their journey toward greater self-awareness and well-being, BeCa provides a therapeutic experience that is both nurturing and transformative.
BeCa loves to laugh and find adventure. Outside of the therapy room, she loves dallying in her hobby de jour, spending time with friends and family, and watching or reading a procedural and/or reality TV.
